Transform your roof into a smart power plant. High-efficiency panels, intelligent inverters and real-time IoT monitoring — installed by certified engineers.

Rooftop solar is the most accessible and cost-effective way to generate your own clean electricity. Whether you own a villa in Alanya, a factory in Kepez or a hotel in Belek, your roof is generating wasted potential every single day. Nexo Solar's rooftop systems capture that potential and convert it into real, measurable savings from day one.
Our rooftop systems use premium monocrystalline PERC panels — the highest-efficiency technology commercially available — paired with smart string or micro-inverters and our proprietary IoT monitoring platform. Every watt your panels produce is tracked, analysed and reported to your smartphone in real time.
From a 5 kWp home system to a 500 kWp commercial rooftop, our process is the same: a free survey, a custom engineered design, certified installation and full commissioning with grid connection. We handle every TEDAŞ/EDAŞ permit and inspection on your behalf.
Sunlight hits your panels and generates DC electricity. A grid-tied or hybrid inverter converts this to AC power which flows into your building's electrical system. Any surplus energy either flows back to the grid (earning you a net metering credit) or charges your battery storage system if you have one. Your IoT-connected monitoring box tracks every parameter — panel voltage, current, temperature, yield and CO₂ saved — accessible via our app.
Step 1 — Free Site Survey: Our engineer visits your property, assesses roof orientation and shading, analyses 12 months of electricity bills and designs your system. You receive a detailed proposal within 48 hours.
Step 2 — Design & Permitting: We prepare engineering drawings, submit grid connection applications to TEDAŞ/EDAŞ and obtain all necessary permits. This typically takes 2–4 weeks.
Step 3 — Installation Day(s): Our certified installation team arrives with all equipment. Mounting rails are fixed, panels are racked and wired, the inverter and monitoring unit are installed and tested. Most homes are done in a single day.
Step 4 — Grid Connection: We attend the official TEDAŞ/EDAŞ meter swap appointment and ensure your net metering is active and correctly set up.
Step 5 — Commissioning & Handover: We walk you through the monitoring app, explain your system and hand over all documentation. Your system begins generating — and saving — immediately.
A typical 10 kWp residential system in Antalya costs approximately ₺120,000–₺140,000 installed. With current electricity prices and Antalya's solar yield, this system will generate roughly ₺52,000 worth of electricity per year (at ₺3.50/kWh), giving a payback period of 2.5–3 years. After payback, the system generates free electricity for 20+ more years.
Commercial systems above 50 kWp typically achieve payback in 3–5 years and deliver internal rates of return of 18–25%, outperforming most alternative investments.
Our engineer will visit your property, design your optimal system and give you a detailed quote — no cost, no obligation.
Turkey's electricity prices have risen by an average of 45% per year over the past five years, making rooftop solar one of the highest-return investments available. In Antalya and the surrounding region, a correctly sized system typically pays back within 2.5–4 years — a return profile that outperforms most conventional asset classes. The combination of high solar irradiance and rising grid tariffs means that every year of delay costs you in both foregone savings and missed compounding.
* Based on ₺3.50/kWh tariff, 15% annual tariff increase, 1,550 kWh/kWp Antalya yield.
Antalya receives 2,956–3,060 sunshine hours per year — roughly double northern Europe and 30% more than Istanbul. The GEPA solar atlas puts Antalya's annual global horizontal irradiance at 1,971 kWh/m², giving installed systems a specific yield of 1,480–1,620 kWh per kWp annually. This means a 10 kWp system generates approximately 15,000–16,200 kWh per year, completely offsetting the average household's consumption.
Turkey's EMRA (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) mandated net metering for all grid-connected prosumers in 2019. Under this scheme, surplus generation flows to the grid and is credited against future consumption on a 1:1 kWh basis. The credit is valid for 10 years from installation. Important details:
Panel quality varies enormously. Tier-1 (Bloomberg/PVEL classification) manufacturers carry sufficient financial strength to honour 25-year guarantees — lower-tier manufacturers may not. We exclusively install Tier-1 modules: LONGi Hi-MO6, JA Solar DeepBlue, Canadian Solar HiKu, and Jinko Tiger Neo. On the inverter side, Huawei SUN2000, SolarEdge HD-Wave, and Fronius Symo deliver proven 10–20 year field histories.
Every roof type has an engineered solution. Ballasted systems for flat roofs require zero penetrations. Hook mounts for tiled roofs are installed without removing tiles. T-bolt systems attach directly to trapezoidal steel without drilling. All systems meet IEC 61215 and local wind-load calculations for Antalya's coastal conditions.
With no moving parts, solar systems demand minimal upkeep. A twice-yearly panel clean, periodic inverter health check, and remote monitoring platform (included with Huawei and SolarEdge systems) is essentially all that is required. Our IoT monitoring detects underperforming strings or individual panel faults in real time — often before the owner notices.
A 10 kWp rooftop system prevents approximately 350 tonnes of CO₂ over its 25-year life — equivalent to planting 175 trees annually. For hotels and businesses with ESG commitments or supply-chain sustainability requirements, rooftop solar provides measurable, verifiable carbon reduction that satisfies both regulatory and customer-facing sustainability goals.
The questions we hear most often when customers are deciding to invest in solar — answered clearly:
Single-phase (220V) supply is fine for homes. Single-phase systems can be installed up to a maximum of 10 kWp. For larger systems that need a three-phase connection, the distribution utility can also upgrade your subscription.
Snowfall is extremely rare in Antalya. Even so, because the panel surface is slightly tilted, a light dusting slides off within a few hours. As long as snow stays under about 3 cm, there is no meaningful loss in output — and Antalya's winter sun alone delivers enough irradiance to keep the system productive.
For detached homes, a municipal permit is generally not required (up to 10 kWp). In apartment blocks and managed estates, approval from the property owners' association is needed. If you are a tenant, the building owner's written consent is essential. We provide legal and technical support through all of these processes.
You can either transfer the system with the property or have it removed and reinstalled at a new location. The net metering agreement passes to the new owner. International studies show that properties with solar systems command 3–8% higher market value.
