We process your personal data to: respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest / contract preparation), provide you with a solar system quote (contract preparation), and send follow-up communications about your enquiry (consent). We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without separate consent.
Enquiry data is retained for 3 years from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted. Customer project data is retained for 10 years in line with warranty obligations.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties except: our email service provider (for sending quotes), and when required by Turkish law. All processors are bound by data protection obligations.
